The support plate structure helps reduce pressure-induced body deformation and maintain stable alignment between the ball and seat sealing surfaces.
The DIB-1 sealing configuration incorporates DPE seats on both upstream and downstream sides. Each seat can independently isolate pressure from either direction, supporting reliable bidirectional isolation. An external safety relief valve provides controlled cavity pressure relief to protect against abnormal internal pressure buildup.
Additional protection includes an anti-blowout stem, anti-static and fire-safe designs, combined with an O-ring primary seal and flexible graphite secondary sealing system.
