Smart Control Ball Valve: Combination of High Corrosion Resistance and Precision Flow Control

RAYS has recently completed a significant delivery of specially designed control ball valves and ultra-high temperature ball valves. These products are destined for critical applications in the chemical, oil, and natural gas industries.


The high-temperature hard-sealed control ball valve utilizes advanced principles of fluid dynamics and material science to ensure superior performance under varying temperatures and pressures. Our designs include:


 Control Hole Valve Seats: These seats segment the fluid flow into smaller units, smoothing the flow and reducing both turbulence and mechanical impact on the seat.        
Orifice Plate Valve Bodies: This design distributes the fluid dynamics more evenly, reducing erosion and extending the valve’s service life.  
V-Type Valve Seats: Ideal for media containing solid particles, the V-notch shears particles away, minimizing clogging and providing precise flow control.    


Each valve incorporates sensors and intelligent control systems for remote monitoring and automated operation. The system adjusts valve settings in real-time, optimizing efficiency and reducing energy consumption.

Our ultra-high temperature ball valves are crafted from materials that withstand extreme conditions, maintaining mechanical strength and corrosion resistance from -75°C to +515°C. These valves feature innovative graphite seal designs that adjust based on pipeline pressure.

Throughout the manufacturing process, the RAYS team closely engaged with our customers to customize solutions to their specific needs. Rigorous testing, including low-temperature impact and intergranular corrosion tests, ensures that our products meet stringent international standards.
