In 2025, RAYS Flow Control, a manufacturer of industrial valves and flow control solutions, delivered multiple key projects, advanced the Alpha Factory from construction to commissioning, and completed the integration of its digital systems. These milestones reflect a year of steady execution and measurable progress. Achieved through strong team collaboration and disciplined execution, 2025 marked a year of solid progress and sustainable growth for RAYS.

1. Owner Approvals and Vendor Qualification
In May, RAYS was approved as a qualified vendor of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), marking a key milestone in its international development. RAYS is now listed as an approved vendor for multiple global energy and industrial owners, including CNOOC, CNPC, PETRONAS, KOC, KNPC, Hyundai E&C, and SAMSUNG, and maintains long-term cooperation with leading international EPC contractors.

2. Key Valve Projects in 2025
In 2025, RAYS achieved a series of breakthroughs across key products and major projects:
March | PEEK-Seated Floating Ball Valve Project
In March, we completed the delivery of a DN1200 floating ball valve project with a minimum design temperature of –60 °C. A customized PEEK seat design was applied to meet low-temperature service requirements, ensuring material stability and reliable sealing performance. The valves fully comply with the GOST 9544 Class A zero-leakage standard.

August | Metal-Seated Wedge Gate Valve Project
In August, we delivered extra-large metal-seated wedge gate valves in DN1200–PN16. The valves successfully passed both hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, with sealing integrity and structural reliability fully verified, achieving zero-leakage performance under specified conditions.

September | Metal-Seated Knife Gate Valve Batch Delivery
In September, we completed the batch delivery of high-pressure knife gate valves, with sizes up to 28”–300LB. The project was executed on schedule, and the valves were successfully installed and commissioned on site.

November | High-Temperature & High-Pressure Multi-Stage Control Valve
In November, we delivered high-temperature and high-pressure multi-stage control valves featuring a carbon graphite cage sealing structure and dynamic sealing ring compensation. Designed for demanding service conditions, the valves are rated at 12”–2500LB and meet the ANSI Class V leakage requirement.

December | Triple-Eccentric Multi-Layer Metal-Seated Butterfly Valve
In December, we delivered 202 units of large-size triple-eccentric metal-seated butterfly valves, with sizes up to DN2600–PN10. The valves feature elastic sealing and an anti-blowout stem design, complying with both ISO 5208 and EN 12266-1 Class A leakage standards.

December | High-Temperature Double-Disc Gate Valve
In the same month, RAYS Flow Control delivered a high-temperature double-disc gate valve project. The actual operating torque was reduced by more than 30% compared with the theoretical value. The design concept and structural solution represent an advanced industry level, with zero-leakage acceptance successfully achieved.

RAYS actively participated in major international energy and industrial exhibitions in 2025 to strengthen technical exchange and market engagement. Across events in China, Russia, and Southeast Asia, RAYS showcased key valve products and system-level solutions, supported localized collaboration, and expanded connections with global customers and partners.

1. Alpha Factory | Wenzhou
The Alpha Plant in Wenzhou was officially commissioned in 2025, with overall construction progress reaching approximately 80%. A green energy system has been implemented, including the installation of 3,361 photovoltaic panels, generating about 2 million kWh of electricity annually to increase the share of clean energy and reduce production energy consumption and environmental impact.

2. Beta Factory | Lishui
The Beta Plant in Yunhe, Lishui has completed production line layout and manufacturing process optimization. Operating in close coordination with the Alpha Plant, it forms a manufacturing system with high responsiveness and stable capacity, supporting reliable order execution and delivery.

In 2025, RAYS continued to advance digitalization and process integration across its operations. HR, ERP, PLM, CRM, and OA systems were successively deployed and optimized, establishing a fully integrated information platform covering R&D, manufacturing, sales, and office operations. Throughout the year, RAYS introduced experienced management professionals, strengthening organizational capabilities and driving continuous improvements in collaboration and operational efficiency.

Over the past year, RAYS fostered a pragmatic, collaborative, and growth-oriented corporate culture. Through regular employee care initiatives, team-building activities, and annual celebrations, we continuously enhanced organizational cohesion and employee engagement—laying a strong human foundation for sustainable development and efficient execution.

In 2025, RAYS made steady progress across technological innovation, market development, manufacturing capability enhancement, and system optimization. Entering 2026, RAYS will continue to build on a technology-driven and market-oriented strategy. While consolidating existing achievements, we will further strengthen product innovation and service capabilities, accelerate intelligent and green manufacturing development, and expand our global market presence.
We sincerely thank every dedicated RAYS employee, as well as all our customers and partners for their trust and support. In 2026, let us move forward together—with focus, collaboration, and determination—to create the next chapter of growth.
