RAYS C-type Wear-Resistant Ball Valve is a valve designed for harsh working conditions, with many unique design features and advantages. It achieves low friction and high reliability media control through its unique eccentric design and metal-to-metal seal, and is suitable for a variety of harsh industrial application environments. The C-type wear-resistant ball valve adopts an eccentric design, so that the C ball gradually enters the valve seat when the valve is closed, and the C ball instantly leaves the valve seat when the valve is opened, thereby reducing the resistance of the switch action. This design also makes the C ball and the valve seat have no contact after the valve is opened, reducing friction and wear.
The Cryogenic and High Performance Butterfly Valve adopts an offset valve stem and eccentric butterfly plate design. When opening and in the middle position, the valve seat and the butterfly plate do not contact each other, which reduces the friction on the valve seat while reducing the torque, and improves the durability of the valve. It is a high-performance regulating and cutting valve. The valve is designed to handle various media that are most difficult to handle in today's industrial environment, including liquid oxygen, liquid natural gas and other cryogenic liquids.
RAYS cast steel check valves are designed and manufactured to provide maximum service life and dependability. All check valves meet the design requirements of American Petroleum Institute standard API600 & 6D.BS EN 13709 and generally conform to American Society of Mechanical Engineers standard ASME B16.34. Valves are available in a complete range of body/cover materials and trims.
