Recently, RAYS successfully delivered a batch of DBB double block and bleed (DBB) ball valves to Sinopec Group 20 days ahead of schedule. This efficient response not only demonstrates RAYS' "customer-first" service philosophy but also reinforces its strategic partnership with Sinopec through exceptional product quality, contributing to the safety of domestic energy infrastructure.

As a benchmark central enterprise in China's energy sector, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) maintains extremely stringent controls and rigorous selection standards for suppliers in terms of product quality, engineering safety coefficients, and brand qualifications. RAYS has long been a high-quality partner of Sinopec, with its products frequently deployed in critical Sinopec infrastructure, refining, and other projects. The delivered DBB ball valves will provide superior pipeline fluid control equipment for a petroleum refining project in the Guangxi region. Some of the products feature specially designed high-temperature-resistant extended valve stems to accommodate the high-temperature conditions encountered in this refining project.

The DBB ball valve operates on the "double block and bleed isolation principle," utilizing two series-connected isolation valves and one bleed valve. The two tandem ball valves form independent sealing barriers to discharge or release trapped fluid between the two closed components, ensuring safe isolation of downstream pipelines.

RAYS‘ high-temperature extended DBB ball valve adopts a triple-protection design featuring an "innovative blowout-proof structure, low-emission valve stem, and fireproof anti-static functionality." Combined with high-pressure sealing valve seats and modular ball-and-stem assembly technology, the valve guarantees zero leakage under extreme conditions while optimizing internal pressure distribution. This enables rapid opening/closing and efficient discharge, significantly improving system responsiveness. 


The compact valve body design saves installation space and simplifies procedures, while the modular structure facilitates easier instrument cleaning and maintenance. This enhances equipment safety, stability, and operational efficiency, substantially reducing overall maintenance costs and lifecycle investments. 


Faced with compressed deadlines due to unexpected circumstances, RAYS swiftly executed an emergency response plan, coordinating every critical step of production to minimize delays caused by information gaps or execution lags. On the production front, 24-hour CNC automated manufacturing was synchronized with shift rotations. The supply chain team prioritized key component allocation and closely tracked logistics nodes. Quality inspection processes were conducted in parallel to ensure "speed without compromising quality." Ultimately, the delivery was completed 20 days ahead of the scheduled deadline—a testament to our commitment to responsiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
