The cryogenic butterfly body can be provided in two structural forms, namely flange connection and butt. welding connection (both with inspection ports). The body with inspection ports can replace the valve internals online, making maintenance work extremely simple, which is conducive to the rational use of resources and saving maintenance costs. The extended valve cover + drip tray design ensures that the temperature at the stuffing box is above zero degrees!so that the connection between the stuffing and the stem will not freeze and lock. Through the use of three-dimensional simulation optimization design, effective control of material changes under cryogenic conditions, selection of high-quality materials and effective processing technology to meet the stable performance of materials under cryogenic conditions. This series of valves has good sealing performance, high reliability, light weight, compact structure, and no need to worry about abnormal increase in valve cavity pressure. lt isan ideal valve for conveying cryogenic media and can bewidely used in cryogenic conditions in liquefied natural gas, aerospace and other fields.…
