The axial-flow check valve has a unique axial flow design, and its spool is aligned with the flow direction, significantly reducing the resistance loss when the fluid passes through. The spool is driven by spring or fluid pressure for quick opening and closing. When the fluid is flowing forward, the spool is pushed open and the fluid passes smoothly. When the fluid flows in reverse, the spool is quickly closed, effectively preventing backflow, and ensuring the stability and safety of the system operation.
The dual-plate wafer check valve features two semicircular, spring-loaded valve discs mounted on a central vertical pivot. When the valve opens, the force of the fluid and the spring act at the center of the disc, causing it to open from the base first. This design minimizes wear on the seal during opening, enhancing its durability. As the flow decreases, the discs slowly move back towards the seat due to the spring's force, ensuring a gradual closure. During backflow, the increased force on the discs leads to a faster closure, effectively reducing the risk of water hammer and hydraulic shocks. The spring’s force closes the top end of the disc first, preventing damage at the disc's base and prolonging the seal's lifespan.
When the disc of the lift check valve slides along the vertical center line of the valve body and the medium flows forward, the disc is lifted by the fluid thrust and the medium passes smoothly; When the medium stops flowing or reverse flowing, the valve disc quickly closes under the action of its own gravity and the reverse thrust of the fluid to prevent the medium from flowing back. This valve is usually equipped with a guide sleeve to ensure that the disc remains smooth during lifting and accurately falls back onto the seat.
