● Adjustable Stem Packing
Fully adjustable, field-replaceable stem seal system that meets international fugitive emission certification standards.
● Inspection Port Design- Field Replaceable Seat and Seal System
Field replaceable seats and seals extend the overall life of the valve, minimize downtime, and reduce the need for expensive non! current repairs or overall replacement.
● Metal-to-Metal Seals
Frictionless metal-to-metal seals are inherently fire resistant and fire tested, while meeting bi-directional zero leak requirements for a variety of critical applications.
● Tortoise Shell-Type Butterfly, Disc Shape

RAYS C-type Wear-Resistant Ball Valve is a valve designed for harsh working conditions, with many unique design features and advantages. It achieves low friction and high reliability media control through its unique eccentric design and metal-to-metal seal, and is suitable for a variety of harsh industrial application environments. The C-type wear-resistant ball valve adopts an eccentric design, so that the C ball gradually enters the valve seat when the valve is closed, and the C ball instantly leaves the valve seat when the valve is opened, thereby reducing the resistance of the switch action. This design also makes the C ball and the valve seat have no contact after the valve is opened, reducing friction and wear.
RAYS steel ball valves are designed manufactured to provide maximum service life and dependability. All ball valves are full ported and meet the design requirements of American Petroleum Institute Standard API 608&API 6D British standard BS 5351 and generally conform to American Society of Mechanical engineers standard ASME B16.34 valves are available in a complete range of body/bonnet materials and trims.
The DBB Ball Valve (Twin Ball) requires two in-line isolation valves and a bleed valve, used to drain or vent trapped fluid between the two closure elements in order to safely isolate safely the downstream pipe. This feature can be achieved with one single valves c/w a bleed port between the obturators.
