The low-temperature gate valve is a type of equipment used for full opening and full closing operations. The opening and closing element of the low-temperature gate valve is a gate plate. The movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid. The gate valve can only be operated in full opening and full closing positions, and cannot be used for regulation or throttling. The gate plate has two sealing surfaces. The most commonly used type of gate valve has two sealing surfaces forming a wedge shape, and the wedge angle varies with the parameters.
The valve disc of the ultra-low temperature swing check valve adopts a cantilevered swing structure, combined with precisely machined valve seat sealing surfaces, to achieve rapid response and reliable sealing, effectively preventing the reverse flow of the medium. The overall design of the valve complies with international standards such as BS 6364 and ISO 28921, and is suitable for low-temperature conditions in air separation plants, liquefied natural gas storage and transportation, and the chemical industry.
RAYS steel ball valves are designed manufactured to provide maximum service life and dependability. All ball valves are full ported and meet the design requirements of American Petroleum Institute Standard API 608&API 6D British standard BS 5351 and generally conform to American Society of Mechanical engineers standard ASME B16.34 valves are available in a complete range of body/bonnet materials and trims.
