● The bellows globe valve has a special sealed structure that prevents common issues like stem packing leaks.
● It improves material efficiency and equipment safety while reducing maintenance costs.
● The design ensures a clean and safe work environment by preventing leaks.
● The double seal design (bellows and packings) prevents leaks even if the bellows fail.
● It reduces energy loss and promotes equipment safety.
● The valve has a longer lifespan, requires less maintenance, and has lower operating costs.
● The durable seal ensures zero leakage from the stem for reliable, maintenance-free operation.
● The stem is treated for better resistance to corrosion and wear.
● The valve features an attractive design with a visible position-indicating stem.

RAYS C-type ball valve adopts a double eccentric design: the rotational center (axis) of the C-ball is offset from both the geometric center (sphere) of the C-ball sealing surface and the sealing center of the seat. This double eccentric design results in a dual-vector cam motion involving both rotation and translation of the C-ball, facilitated by the stem being offset in two planes. When the valve is closed, the C-ball and the seat interact to create a cam-action wedge tightness, achieving a torque seal. The torque required for sealing is provided by a handle, gear, or actuator, ensuring a tight shut-off that is mechanically independent of springs or process pressure
RAYS Three-Way and Multi-Way Ball Valves are important components in fluid control systems and are widely used in various industrial fields. They are variants of ball valves. Their design allows fluids to be distributed or converted between more than two pipes. The three-way ball valve has three interfaces, which can realize the diversion, confluence or switching of fluids. According to the different internal structures, it is divided into L-type and T-type. The L-type can only connect two mutually orthogonal pipes, and cannot simultaneously maintain the interconnection of the third pipe, and only plays a distribution role; the T-type can make three orthogonal pipes interconnected and cut off the third channel, playing a diversion and confluence role. The multi-way ball valve is an extension of the three-way ball valve, with more interfaces and more complex fluid control functions.
RAYS cast steel check valves are designed and manufactured to provide maximum service life and dependability. All check valves meet the design requirements of American Petroleum Institute standard API600 & 6D.BS EN 13709 and generally conform to American Society of Mechanical Engineers standard ASME B16.34. Valves are available in a complete range of body/cover materials and trims.
