Advanced Technology
The Alpha Production Facility is outfitted with cutting-edge technology, including two flexible manufacturing lines imported from Japan (featuring a 5-axis production center), boring machines from Europe and Korea, a top-tier gantry machining center, a 5-meter CNC vertical lathe, and a gantry three-coordinate measuring machine with a maximum 3-meter effective testing size.

We've implemented an intelligent storage system featuring a three-dimensional warehouse and AGV automatic storage for efficient and precise material handling.
Rigorous Quality Control
Our facility boasts pressure test machines for valves up to DN3000 (Butterfly) and DN1500 (Ball), guaranteeing the highest quality and reliability for our products.
