Indonesia Expo 2025: Control Valves Shaping the Future of Process Industries

Event Highlights: From September 17–20, RAYS Flow Control showcased its premium valve solutions at the 16th Indonesia International Oil & Gas Exhibition (OIL & GAS INDONESIA).This was our second time exhibiting in Indonesia. This time, we introduced several new innovations to the local market, including:Control valvesCryogenic butterfly valves with inspection portsTop-entry ball valves On the GroundOur professional marketing team engaged with clients from across the globe, offering hands-on demonstrations and technical discussions. One question kept coming up: “Can you tell us more about your control valves?”From seasoned engineers in the Middle East to procurement directors across Southeast Asia, the interest was clear and consistent. Industry-Wide NeedsWhy the buzz around control valves? Because they meet critical demands across industries: precision, reliability, and intelligence.Oil & Gas: Precision Control & SafetyOil and gas conditions are often extreme—high temperatures, high pressure, and corrosive media. Valves must perform with absolute reliability. Our single-seat control valve uses a precision-driven plug to continuously fine-tune flow resistance, ensuring accurate control of pressure and flow rate.Power Generation: Stability Under High Heat & PressureBoiler and steam systems operate under intense temperatures and pressures, often with cavitation risks. The cage-style control valve applies multi-stage throttling to reduce pressure step by step—preventing cavitation and noise. The angle-type control valve uses a right-angle flow path to handle high-temperature, high-pressure boiler water systems, even with particulates.Chemical Industry: Corrosion Resistance & Zero LeakageChemical and petrochemical environments require leak-proof, corrosion-resistant solutions. The top-guided single-seat control valve eliminates lateral vibration, reducing wear and enhancing seal performance. The bellows seal valve isolates the stem completely from process fluids, removing leakage paths and ensuring maximum safety.Across these sectors, high-performance control valves are no longer optional—they are essential. Wrapping Up:The Indonesia exhibition was a major success. We presented high-end fluid control solutions to a global audience and built stronger connections with customers through engaging displays and expert insights. Next Stop: BangkokWe look forward to continuing the conversation at the Thailand Oil & Gas Exhibition (OGET) 2025. Join us to explore our latest innovations in fluid control technology.Dates: November 12–14, 2025 Location: BITEC Exhibition Center, Bangkok Booth: 239We can’t wait to welcome you in Bangkok! Shining in Moscow! RAYS Russia Team Debuts at NEFTEGAZ, 2025

The global energy industry’s eyes are on Moscow. From April 14th to 17th, RAYS confidently showcased its solutions at the NEFTEGAZ exhibition, standing alongside over 1,200 exhibitors from 45 countries. As the largest oil and gas event in Eastern Europe, this year’s NEFTEGAZ attracted more than 30,000 professional visitors. RAYS‘ booth left a lasting impression on Eastern European clients with its distinctive brand image and cutting-edge technical expertise.RAYS Products at the ExhibitionSelf-Developed Cryogenic Valves in the SpotlightRAYS’ independently developed cryogenic valve series, designed for extreme cold and ultra-low temperature conditions, garnered significant attention in the Russian market. The material selection and manufacturing processes of these cryogenic products must withstand continuous or sudden temperature variations to meet the demands of harsh environments. In terms of materials, RAYS cryogenic valves utilize specialized materials such as low-temperature steel and austenitic stainless steel (e.g., SS304, SS316L). Austenitic stainless steel, after undergoing multiple deep cryogenic treatments, can perfectly adapt to ultra-low temperature environments as low as -196C (liquid nitrogen temperature).Structurally, the valves feature a dual-sealing system combining lip seals with graphite. The extended bonnet design includes an external drip plate installed outside the insulation layer, effectively preventing condensation from dripping onto the valve’s insulation, bolts, or critical components—thereby protecting the valve parts, maintaining insulation integrity, and minimizing cold loss. For quality control, RAYS Alpha production base is equipped with a dedicated cryogenic laboratory. Strictly adhering to international standards such as BS 6364 and MSS SP-77/200, the valves undergo rigorous testing, including -196C leakage rate assessment, torque testing, low-temperature impact tests, and actuator functionality checks. These tests simulate real-world conditions to ensure optimal material and process compatibility, guaranteeing compliance with international standards and customer requirements.Through material optimization, structural innovation, and stringent testing, RAYS cryogenic valve series delivers exceptional durability and performance in cold and ultra-low temperature environments, ensuring zero-leakage safety for global LNG projects.Deepening Roots in Russia, Empowering Eastern Europe’s Fluid Equipment UpgradesThe Russian market is currently in a critical phase of equipment upgrades. RAYS has established a local professional team in Russia to strengthen ties with the Eastern European market, providing tailored support and solutions. By combining localized service teams with customized R&D, RAYS has already helped multiple local projects achieve cost efficiency and performance improvements. This exhibition resulted in over 20 potential client leads, further elevating B2B collaborations. Moving forward, RAYS will continue to solidify its pivotal role in the Russian market, driving advancements in fluid equipment across Eastern Europe.A Successful Conclusion to the Moscow Journey!…

During the event, the company officially launched a new valve maintenance service, further enhancing its business system and aiming to become a one-stop problem-solving expert, with hardware products as the main offering and soft services as supplementary. The new service model, “Full Lifecycle Valve Inspection + Outsourced Valve Maintenance,” is designed to provide more comprehensive solutions to customers.Interestingly, RAYS’ exhibition theme was “Sharing Master Coffee, Discussing the Future of Cooperation,” and they set up an “RAYS Café” at the venue. Customers and industry peers were invited to engage in relaxed, enjoyable conversations to explore future opportunities. The minimalistic, high-quality design of the booth also made it a unique presence at the entire venue. As the domestic valve industry accelerates its localization process, overcoming foreign technology bottlenecks in valve manufacturing requires the collective effort of the entire industry. Every appearance at international exhibitions is an opportunity for us to discuss industry trends, understand market demands, and assess our positioning. In the future, driven by market needs, we will continue to refine ourselves and strive to transform from “manufacturing” to “intelligent manufacturing.” Each time, we will present a more mature and complete corporate image to meet the challenges posed by world-class clients and problems.…
