·Long neck valve cover design: Extend the neck of the valve cover to reduce the transmission of cold to the operating mechanism and prevent the packing from freezing. The neck length is calculated and determined based on factors such as the thermal conductivity and heat dissipation coefficient of the material, ensuring that the temperature at the bottom of the packing box remains above 0 ℃.
·Anti abnormal pressure rise structure: A pressure relief hole is installed on the inlet side of the gate plate. When the pressure in the valve chamber increases, gas can be discharged through the small hole to prevent the gate plate from tightly pressing the valve seat and causing it to fail to open.

RAYS Three-Way and Multi-Port Ball Valve are important components in fluid control systems and are widely used in various industrial fields. They are variants of ball valves. Their design allows fluids to be distributed or converted between more than two pipes. The three-way ball valve has three interfaces, which can realize the diversion, confluence or switching of fluids. According to the different internal structures, it is divided into L-type and T-type. The L-type can only connect two mutually orthogonal pipes, and cannot simultaneously maintain the interconnection of the third pipe, and only plays a distribution role; the T-type can make three orthogonal pipes interconnected and cut off the third channel, playing a diversion and confluence role. The multi-way ball valve is an extension of the three-way ball valve, with more interfaces and more complex fluid control functions.
The valve disc of the Cryogenic Lifting Check Valve adopts a vertical lifting structure and is equipped with a cobalt-based alloy sealing surface. It can achieve rapid response and reliable sealing when the medium pressure changes. The product complies with BS 6364 and API 6D standards and is suitable for the transportation systems of low-temperature media such as LNG and liquid oxygen. The working pressure can reach Class 2500 and meets the strict working conditions requirements in the petrochemical and air separation fields.
RAYS cast steel check valves are designed and manufactured to provide maximum service life and dependability. All check valves meet the design requirements of American Petroleum Institute standard API600 & 6D.BS EN 13709 and generally conform to American Society of Mechanical Engineers standard ASME B16.34. Valves are available in a complete range of body/cover materials and trims.
