Product Description
The valve disc of the Cryogenic Lifting Check Valve adopts a vertical lifting structure and is equipped with a cobalt-based alloy sealing surface. It can achieve rapid response and reliable sealing when the medium pressure changes. The product complies with BS 6364 and API 6D standards and is suitable for the transportation systems of low-temperature media such as LNG and liquid oxygen. The working pressure can reach Class 2500 and meets the strict working conditions requirements in the petrochemical and air separation fields.
Features & Benefits

●Adopting a lifting design, the valve disc slides along the vertical centerline of the valve body and automatically opens/closes based on the pressure difference of the medium. The structure is compact and suitable for horizontal pipeline installation. It can still maintain flexible opening and closing in low temperature environments, ensuring normal flow of the medium. ‌

●It can automatically open and close without external power, and achieve rapid response through the pressure difference of the medium. Support manual or electric operation, equipped with safety valves and leakage valves to ensure system safety. ‌
