An energy-saving control valve without external energy supply, used for non-corrosive liquids and gases with a temperature of ≤ 200℃ for differential pressure control devices. The valve opens or closes when the differential pressure increases.
Stop Check Valve, A multi-purpose valve that functions as both a stop valve and a check valve. Its structure is similar to that of a globe valve, but the stem and disc are not fixed. When the stem is lowered and the disc is pressed tightly on the seat, it acts as a stop valve; After the stem rises, the check valve acts. On lines that require both a stop valve (or gate valve) and a check valve (such as the outlet of a water pump), using a stop check valve can save installation costs and space. In the opening and closing process, because the friction between the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve body is smaller than that of the gate valve, it is more wear-resistant.
Designed specifically for deep cold medium working conditions such as LNG, liquid nitrogen, and liquid oxygen, it adopts special stainless steel or low-temperature alloy valve bodies. Through deep cold treatment, it ensures reliable sealing even in an extreme environment of -196℃. The innovative lateral maintenance port structure allows for quick replacement of the sealing components without disassembling the valve, significantly improving maintenance efficiency. The optimized double eccentric butterfly plate, combined with multi-level metal hard seals, achieves zero leakage and long service life under ultra-low temperature conditions. At the same time, it is equipped with a longened valve stem heat insulation structure, effectively blocking the conduction of cold energy.
